Our Mission:
Alleviating poverty by giving dignity and choice.

Gobaith Clothing is a project based in South Wales established by the Presbyterian Church of Wales that seeks to eliminate and tackle clothing poverty in our local communities. Clothing is not only functional, but it also boosts our confidence and gives us a sense of identity and dignity.
Your donated, pre-loved clothing items are repurposed and distributed to support individuals and families that are struggling financially in this current climate. We work alongside agencies and organisation’s that identify people that need clothing.
Nobody should ever experience clothing poverty; it is a basic need; we want to allow people to flourish and thrive where they live.
By donating to Gobaith Clothing, you could be supporting a family member, a neighbour or a friend in the next street or village. It will get to the people that need it most on our doorstep and in our communities.

Sustainability
Gobaith Clothing by the nature of our work is an environmentally conscious and sustainable organisation. By being part of the circular economy, we reduce, reuse and recycle garments, as 92 million tons of clothing end up in landfill each year. By recycling your pre-loved garments, we reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry that is a major contributary factor to climate change, that is the second most destructive global industry.
DONATIONS
We accept a wide range of good quality clothes for donation.
